This hotel offers great value for money, with basic amenities and a central location in a lively square. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the open terrace provides wonderful views over Piazza Di Santa Maria Novella. The breakfast includes delicious cappuccinos.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff at reception, especially Tony, were quick to respond to our queries and even helped us organize a day trip to Cinque Terre. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of all the major sights in the city center. Our room had a great view overlooking the Plaza and there were several restaurants nearby. The hotel offered great value for money and we highly recommend it.

The hotel had a fabulous location in the heart of the city, with our room overlooking the beautiful piazza Santa Maria Novella and its church. The proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient, as it was just a 2-4 minute walk away. We loved being able to easily explore everything on foot and access tour buses easily. The breakfast provided was satisfying, with good quality and fresh products. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of options available to us. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The internet service was also reliable, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel in this price range.
We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and made our romantic escape even more special. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the main tourist spots. We also loved the delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
The lighting in the room was inadequate and the WiFi was inconsistent, which was quite frustrating. the view from our room was not very pleasant.
